Open Enrollment 2014-15

Applications can be picked up at the Elementary, Middle and High School as well as the Board of Education office during regular school hours, between March 15, 2014 and May 15, 2014.

Completed applications must be returned by May 23, 2014

One application for each student must be completed.

You will be notified of acceptance or denial by mail. Information will not be provided over the telephone.

Once acceptance has been determined, you must register your child at the specific building of attendance for the upcoming school year.

Transportation will not be provided by Maplewood Local Schools.

Athletic eligibilities will be per Ohio High School Athletic Association regulations.

Attendance and behavior problems can result in termination of open enrollment at any time during the school year.

Children two and under are FREE
Children three to twelve and senior citizens ages 65 and up are $8.00
Students and adults from thirteen to sixty-four are $10.00.
Tickets can be purchased from any yearbook staff member, TEAM officer, Mrs. Trukovich, Mrs. Wyndham, or Mrs. Deeter.

Two Hour Delay Schedule
Ohio Changes District Performance Evaluation Processes

Ohio is changing how it evaluates and communicates the academic performance of its schools and districts. Schools and districts will no longer receive labels like “Excellent” or “Continuous Improvement.” In its place, they will receive letter grades on several measures in the same way a student receives grades for his or her classes.
