2023-2024 Yearbook Information

Yearbooks are now for sale! 
 
Yearbooks are $50 from now until Jan. 1st! From Jan. 2nd through March 1st yearbooks will be $55. From March 2nd through April 30th yearbooks will be $60 and after May 1st yearbooks will be $65.  


Parents can also purchase ads for their children on the site as well.  These help support the yearbook and are a nice surprise for your child to find.  

Dr. Clemson will also be accepting cash or checks for the yearbook.  Checks must be made out to Maplewood High School and prices will apply.

Formal Yearbook Pictures and Cap & Gown Pictures
Date: Wednesday, January 10th, 2024
Location: Maplewood High School Gym 
Time: 7:00AM (TCTC seniors)
7:30AM (All other seniors)

7:00AM the TCTC seniors will be photographed first. The TCTC bus will leave by 7:15AM. If unable to make the bus due to the pictures, STUDENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR TRANSPORTATION TO TCTC.

  • Mrs. Phillips emailed the TCTC attendance secretary to let her know about the pictures.
  • Cap & Gowns that were ordered will be delivered to the high school at a later date. We provide a cap & gown for the pictures.
  • Make sure to review the Photo Policy attached to the email. It is also available on the Senior Information Page.
  • Ordering yearbook and cap & gown pictures will be done at a later date. Inter-State Studios will send a "Proof" to the high school that will have ordering info that will be sent home with the seniors.

Teachers will let students in grades 9-12 know the first day of school what supplies are required for their classes.


******New Immunization Requirements******
 
All students entering 7th grade must have a Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis) and a meningococcal (MCV4) vaccine prior to entry.
All students entering 12th grade must have two doses of meningococcal (MCV4) vaccine prior to entry, unless the first dose was on or after the child's 16th birthday, in which case only one dose is required. 

TCTC Students: 

The TCTC bus will leave the high school parking lot no later than 7:15 a.m. and will return in the afternoon at approximately 2:20 p.m.

Admission Requirements

 
 
Students will be admitted to Maplewood Local School according to the following procedure. The residential parent or legal guardian of the student must report to the office of the school where the student will attend and provide the following documents:
 
1. A completed registration form signed by the parent/legal guardian
2. A records release form signed by the parent/legal guardian
3. Immunization records
4. A copy of current custody papers signed by a judge and to which his seal is affixed
5. A copy of the birth certificate
6. A copy of the student's social security card
7. Three documents of proof of residency in the Maplewood Local School District, one of which MUST be either a mortgage statement or rental agreement. Other acceptable proofs would be a bank statement, tax document utility bill, child support statement, or government assistance statement. Cable or cell phone bills are no longer acceptable.
