Mrs. Stuart’s 1st graders turned learning into something delicious today! 🥞
After writing their very own “how-to” texts on making pancakes, students got to bring their instructions to life in the best way possible—by making and eating them! From measuring ingredients to flipping pancakes, they practiced following directions, sequencing steps, and teamwork.
Safe to say… their writing (and cooking!) skills are on point. And yes—the pancakes were a big hit!

A special shoutout to seniors Kaitlyn Manes and Leila Canaveral, who helped create last year’s award-winning book and continue their hard work on this year’s edition. We are so proud of their creativity and dedication! 👏
